Reporting permissions


Does the reporting module in Helpdesk require admin rights? I have a user that needs to run reports, but I’m trying to avoid giving them admin permissions.


Most of the reports require only the "technician" permission, like "Summary", "Tickets per day", "Custom reports", "Response speed", "Due dates calendar", "Technician Statistics"

Other reports require Administrator permissions: "User Statistics", "Companies statistics", "Deletion Log", "Scheduled Tickets", "Deleted tickets"
