How to cancel repeat tickets?

Question:

I set up a ticket to repeat and don't know how to stop it.




Answer:

To stop ticket repetition:

1. Open the ticket that is repeating.
2. Look up the Repeat field on the right-hand side of the screen, then click the  button by the field.

3. On the screen that appears, click Delete.

Repeat steps 1-3 for all your repeating tickets that you would like to stop the repetition for.
