Recording a HAR File in Chrome

If the Jitbit Support team requests a HAR file to assist in troubleshooting an issue, please follow these steps to record it:

1. Open Chrome or Edge and navigate to the page where you are experiencing the problem.
2. Press F12 to open the Developer Tools.
3. In the panel that opens, click on the Network tab.
4. Ensure that the round "record" button in the top left corner is activated (it should be red).
5. Check the box labeled Preserve log to keep the network log even after navigating to other pages.
6. Click on the clear button to eliminate any existing logs in the Network tab.
7. Reproduce the issue while the network requests are being recorded.
8. Once the issue has been reproduced, click the download button labeled Export HAR to download the file. Choose Save as HAR with Content to save it to your computer.
9. Finally, please send us the HAR file so we can assist you further.
