How to create a new Section

Creating a new section is similar to creating a new ticket category.

To create a new section:
  1. Sign in as an administrator, then click Administration > Ticket categories.
  2. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add new category...
  3. On the form that appears, click Section > Add new section...
  4. Enter the section name in the text box that appears and then click Add new category.

The new section will appear in your helpdesk.
