Second email address in user profile

Our ticket system will not allow me to put 2 e-mail addresses in for one name or let us use the same e-mail for different users. Is there a way around this?


Answer:

That's correct; in JitBit Helpdesk each user can have only one email address. You can create an additional user account with the same permissions and a different email address to handle tickets under other role.
