New Jitbit Mobile app open beta test

We're happy to announce the beta test of our completely new Jitbit Helpdesk mobile app. The old hybrid app has been replaced by a fully native version, providing:

  • Better Performance: Faster and smoother interactions.
  • Improved Stability: Fewer bugs thanks to a fully native approach.
  • Customizable Ticket List: Choose what details appear in your ticket list.
  • User Details: View detailed information about users directly in the app.

All existing features remain available. The new design allows us to quickly introduce additional features, and your feedback is crucial for future improvements.
