Restrict Technician Access to Reports

Technicians currently have the ability to generate reports on ticket's in their categories, which also allows them to generate reports on other technicians within their org.


We are requesting only Admins have the ability to generate those specific reports.  Or provide more granularity so that a technician can only generate a report based on their activity.


Ticket count, for example, is a feature that’s useful to our management team but not a data point we want out other technicians to have access to -- particularly as it relates to their colleagues who are also technicians in this application.
