Submit ticket on behlaf of another user - missing option
When submitting a ticket on behalf of another user, there's an option ('
via...') that allows a tech to choose the method of contact between the user and the helpdesk. I've attached a photo for clarity.
Can these categories be modified? I'd like to add '
In person'?
to the list. We have many of our users in our environment simply ask for
support by walking (sometimes running, haha) into our office/service
desk.
Do you think you could add '
In person' in addition to the current options? I've attached a photo for clarity.
