Submit ticket on behlaf of another user - missing option

When submitting a ticket on behalf of another user, there's an option ('via...') that allows a tech to choose the method of contact between the user and the helpdesk. I've attached a photo for clarity.

Can these categories be modified? I'd like to add 'In person'? to the list. We have many of our users in our environment simply ask for support by walking (sometimes running, haha) into our office/service desk.

Do you think you could add 'In person' in addition to the current options? I've attached a photo for clarity.

I think this was implemented some time ago in a recent update. I've been using the 'in person' option for some time now. Thank you!
