Show "canned responses" options on mobile device web view

Currently when I view a ticket on my Android device and click the Reply button, I do not see the "Canned responses" selection dropdown (I can get it if I switch to desktop view).

Adding it to the default mobile view seems like a no-brainer, since canned responses are MOST useful on mobile devices where typing is difficult.

Tested with JitBit On-Premises ver# 9.6.6772.27311
