Ability to disable Company

One of our customers (company) is no longer a customer. I don't want to delete their tickets or contacts, but would like to disable all of their users at the same time and prevent them from creating new user accounts or opening new tickets.

You can use Admin - User - Search to find all users in that company and buylk-disable those.

We have surfaced that feature more, by making a shortcut to user search from the company/department pages (coming up with next deploy)

Thank you Alex. I had rarely used the use search function since the quick search always met my needs in that area. I can see now that I can bulk-disable all users for a company that way.

I agree though that it would be more obvious to have a link to that as you described in your comment.
