Generate ticket from WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger

Many customers are contacting us through social networks and WhatsApp accounts, it would be great to automatically collect all these requests on tickets

Being able to collect conversations from WhatsApp would be incredibly helpful, same thing from Microsoft Teams. Any chat based application, having the ability to amalgamate these as another channel of communication within Jitbit would be tremendously helpful.
