Manager Scheduled Reports

My supervisor would like to see weekly reports, for now the only scheduling that can be done is to send reports to the technicians each week, I want to be able to create a custom scheduled report that can go to my supervisor with the overall information, just the following, to have It run on every Monday to include only the prior week and send to her email.
