Integration enhancement: create or update a Jitbit ticket by posting to a Microsoft Teams channel

Currently, JitBit Helpdesk integration with Microsoft Teams can only post a summary of the new ticket to the Teams channel.


Request for the ability to create or update a Jitbit ticket by posting to the Teams channel.

I used power automate to make http calls using the API for this. Having it built in would have saved me quite a headache

Quick update on this — we’ve tried tackling it several times already. Unfortunately, Microsoft has made the process so convoluted that it’s practically impossible to build anything meaningful beyond what we already have.

Realistically, a full-fledged Teams integration would need its own dedicated team to maintain.

So for now, this is on hold.
