Realtime dashboard - Ability to select sections and categories linked
At this time the Realtime dashboard include all sections and categories
Problem:
This dashboard is maybe used by every customer for see the "operationnal cases"
But at this time, all cases are mixed due to no options for select which cases we want see in
Suggest:
Ability to select sections and categories linked to the Realtime dashboard
= Ability to select one category.
It's great.
But, ability to select severals sections / categories
And ability to link the dashboard to all case which contains specific(s) tag will be VERY great !
By this way we could by example link the dashboard to all Incidents (by add a tag incidents on all incidents cases)
Cases = tickets
