Improve how an asset is linked to a ticket

Would be great if the system would "suggest" an asset to be linked to a ticket. Generally, we link an asset that is assigned to the ticket owner. So if there was a pre-populated dropdown list with the ticket owner's assets to select from that would be helpful.

At the bare minimum, would be great to be able to search for an asset here via the user it's assigned to.

Second this idea. Would be great if it could pull in the asset info based on the user email (as this is how we link it in the asset tab).

This is exceptionally useful! We have thousands of assets, most of which are allocated to our users. When they log a support ticket e.g., for a broken laptop screen it would be extremely helpful not to have to search for the asset by name.
