Uncheck ALL subscribers in Reply

We often want to add notes to a ticket to document the progress but we don't need to send an email to subscribers.  Since many of our tickets have 5 or more subscribers we have a lot of little check boxes to click before we hit send.

Could we have a slider option near "TECH ONLY" that says "DO NOT SEND EMAIL". or a UNCHECK ALL button in the subscriber list area?

The idea is when we want to add a reply to a ticket that everyone can see if they logon, but they won't get an unnecessary email.

This is different than the TECH ONLY because we actually want the reply visible to everyone if/when they reviewing the entire ticket.

Here is a mock-up of what I'm thinking

The result of either option would be that all three Techs and all five non-tech subscribers of this ticket would not receive an email but all would be able to see the reply in the ticket history when viewing it via the website or as historical replies in future emails.

Hi, i have a solution for you:

add the following to your "helpdesk/Admin/GeneralSettings" -> Design -> "Advanced CSS & JS" -> Custom JS

Looks like it worked perfectly. And I like this option best because then I can uncheck all and re-check just the one or two subscribers that need to get an email notification.

Thank you!

We've added a built-in feature but we didn't want to clutter the UI so we did it like this: Shift-Click any checkbox there to checks-uncheck all subscribers
