Where : helpdesk/Ticket/xxxxxxxxOne click on a subscriber should display a frame with its user file.
Goal : direct view on his phone number and all user details

+ Display little frame with user description (phone number; custom fields...) on MouseOver event (place the cursor on the subscriber name without click will display automatically this frame)
