Teams Integration Enhancement - Chat Request to Ticket
Would be nice if there was a way to quickly and easily convert a Teams chat to a JitBit ticket for those users who refuse to follow the normal support process.

I ended up using Microsoft Power Automate to get this setup for our organization. It will take a teams message sent to our support account and generate a ticket using the API, and it uses adaptive cards to display the ticket info. It was a pain to setup, but a lot of our userbase loves using it :)
