Yes.
Having access to the log is great for sure and it's important to let this for sure. In fact, it's just the icons under the messages and under the right column who are not optimal (for me)
Because, the logs are not often used and it's annoy to see 10 logs icons in the screen when you want just read the ticket.

I add that if you can add a button History in the Administration Area or a tab "tools" it will be wonderfull. Because all users (admin; technical and users) need to access to this I think.

Hi Alex,
I add that it will be great to be able to hide the systems events to the users. I prefer choice what I communicate to the user and write myself the events to the attention of the user.
