Remove Secondary Assignee Autmation
Would love the ability to remove secondary assignee through automation. I have some rules set up to assign a secondary tech to a tech for a building they are taking over. However, in the case someone from that building puts a ticket in that deals with specialized software it goes to a different tech altogether. This is all done through automation.
The problem lies that since it assigns the secondary tech through the first automation action(building) it leaves the secondary tech on the ticket when it gets assigned to the specialist through the second automation action(specialized software) and they have to go and manually remove themselves since they no longer have anything to do with the ticket. Hopefully, this makes sense.
