Possiblity to store attachments or files in a central place

It would be nice, to select and store files/attachments in centrol pool to access them later. e.g. if a tech records a usefull video and an other tech wants to reuse this record in an other ticket. Currently, the only way is to download the created video, store it in a central network share and upload it again, if needed in an other ticket.
