Automated reporting.

I would like to request that we're able to create scheduled reports to be emailed to clients of tickets closed for them in the previous month. At the moment I'm having to create these manually, which is time consuming. 

The ability to provide management reporting to clients on a regular basis is important.

Adding to what Pete is asking. I'm looking for something similar using the Technician Statistics report.

I'd like to build a technician statistics report for only a certain team of technicians to be emailed weekly. I'd also like to filter out certain categories from that report as we expect the duration for those categories to be long and don't want these tickets skewing the metrics for the rest of the categories. I'd like the report to have a weekly cadence like Monday at 12:00AM to Sunday at 11:59PM. It would also be great if we could customize the columns for the report.
