Custom Holiday and Working Hours

We need to have the ability to set our own work hours and holidays, not what is customary based on our Time Zone and traditional working hours. We gave technicians across multiple time zones and can not generalize one time zone for all. This affects our automation rules.

consider location as well since some cities have their own local holidays, a custom page for holidays with certain parameter as trigger based on user profile details (eg. custom field(address, cities), country, assigned branch). thanks

if there was a way to import an ical or csv for all the holidays in a year at once that would be great
