Request for a Time Spent toggle button
This request is for a Time Spent toggle button.
Currently - I can turn the automatic "Time Spent" setting On or Off
Turning it On means that the system automatically displays and updates the Time Spent on a ticket (when open in the web app) - but this does not really work for everyone.
Turning it Off means we have to rely on users manually adding the time spent.
My request is for something like a Start/Stop toggle button to control this setting
Hit Start and it will update the Time Spent field when
a) the Stop button is selected
or
b) the ticket is closed in the Web app
... the preference is for both - if possible ....
This would give you the flexibility of recording when you want to record time spent - but not recording every time you look at the ticket (in the web app)
