Now a ticket is linked to a specific "FROM" email address.
But, we’ve got a lot of tickets from a specific customer, who are not from a specific person In the requesters organization. (Most of the time, these tickets are created by ourself, because we observe something ourselves for that customer and we want to be pro-active )
Now we’ve to create a dummy@domain.nl email address for every customer.
Is it possible to omit the e-mail and make the “from” address of the ticket just the (domain of) the requesting company ?
