We can hide all system entries by clicking on the eye icon by any comment on the ticket page but we need hide all entries (generaly or separate) for employees because they do not need to see this information. Communication without system entries (rules) looks cleaner.
nice idea that. Maybe we could also have the choice to hide the system entries per default too.
