Add a "Mentioned in" tickets link in tabmenu2

One can create a filter which starts in Unclosed (or All and sets status to all except Closed), checks the "Only tickets I'm subscribed to" and sets Tech to "all techs except of me" (by manually selecting each of them). Save.

This has an issue that if a new tech joins the company and i do not update my saved filter, tickets of this new tech (i am mentioned in) will not come up and it is typically a new tech who needs some help in the beginning. It would be nice if the top menu links actually included a link to tickets i am subscribed to but i am not the creator nor the tech in the ticket, so one can see them and review them quickly as needed.
