This would be an absolutely huge help with ticket management. If the "bump bump solve" feature cannot be added directly, the addition of a few rule parameters to make it possible to set up would be greatly appreciated!

From what I can see, this can already be implemented using current rules:
Trigger: ticket hasn't been updated from X hours, ticket is "upd by tech" - add reply and tag "bump1" Trigger: ticket hasn't been updated from X hours, has "bump1" tag, ticket is "upd by tech" - add reply and tag "bump2" Trigger: ticket hasn't been updated from X hours, has "bump2" tag, ticket is "upd by tech" - close the ticket
