Add Custom Fields While Adding/Editing Ticket Category
Hi there!
I think it would be great if there was a way to select the custom fields from a list when creating a new ticket category/editing an exsiting category versus having to go into each individual custom field and select the associated ticket categories for it to appear on.
Our company has 20+ custom fields associated with some categories, and it takes a lot of time to go manually tie them to the new ticket category.
