Title Bar Remains Static When Scrolling Down

I would like to keep the top portion of the help desk static when scrolling down the list of tickets. The left side does this already. It makes navigation easier if the top portion remains in the window while scrolling down the list of tickets.

This seems like it would be an easy update from a coding perspective. As an alternative, I use the API and Excel PowerQuery to retrieve my tickets in an Excel tab with fixed headers and full sorting/filtering capabilities.
