SITUATION :

At this time, sort tickets on "priority" is executed on criteria below

1. Ticket priority

2. Ticket submission date

ADDED NEED :

Consider the fact that the columns "Categories" can be used also to manage the priorities.

(by management of sections & categories positions)

SUGGESTION :

Develop a function to allow sorting on criteria below

1. Ticket priority

3. Ticket section & category position

2. Ticket submission date

Useable via URL query and also via GUI

GOOD WORD & LUCK :

On GUI's side, precited suggestion will maybe warm the JITBIT GURUS\Brains.
