Integrate with Lansweeper IT Asset Management

We migrated from Spiceworks to Jitbit, focussed on the Helpdesk functionality which is very comprehensive.  After scouting around we've decided to use Lansweeper as it seem to be the most comprehensive SME-level asset management tool.

Any chance that there could be some integration between Lansweeper and Jitbit?

We started looking into this and were a bit overwhelmed by their API.

Can you please elaborate on what do you mean by "Integration"? For example "when viewing a Jitbit ticket I would like to be able to list all assets form Lansweeper and link one or more assets to it".

I guess basic linkage to our assets and users would be helpful.

So when a user logs a ticket there is a button that opens their Lansweeper record in a new tab. A button referencing the user's "last computer" would be a bonus.

Also when we have say a new starter ticket, would be nice to link to what assets are in our "stock" category, and then assign one to the new user (and the link in the ticket).

I'm sure bigger companies might have more sophisticated requirements but for me just the ability to quickly jump between two systems is a big time saver rather than copying and pasting search terms.
