Hello.

Currently working with the response time reports within JITBIT there is no way see a graph for “response time” similar to what is shown  for % closed within X hours.  In addition to the graph for "closed within 1 hrs and so on, I would like to also see the same graph for response time (first touch) within 1 hrs,  within 1-2 hrs, within 2-4 hrs  and so on.

 The response time is currently being captured within the data, so I would think it would be something that could be available.

I would appreciated the consideration of adding this reporting function.
