Threaded Ticket Conversations

We frequently have a lot of people following and contributing to tickets. Sometimes several questions are asked within and tracking the replies is a bit cumbersome. It would be really helpful to have a "reply" button for each post in the ticket view which would create a threaded conversation. As it stands right now, all posts to a ticket are just added in the order they're received. As for the pure email side of things, you could have some kind of embedded "post id" added to each outgoing email which when replied to, the system would know both which ticket the reply was referencing, but also which specific post to attach the reply to.
