For example, I created a rule that would add a tag for the tech assigned and remove tag/s for previously assigned techs. This is a new rule that all current tickets didn't have run. In order to get the rule to run on current tickets, as far as I know, I would have to either test the rule with each ticket individually, or go into each ticket and assign the ticket to the tech for the rule to run. 

Or even just being able to run the test on more than one ticket at a time would be nice.
