Custom User Types/Roles

It would be nice to have some more granular control over permissions within Jitbit. Things like being able to assign multiple tickets to users, the ability to change categories or change who a ticket is assigned to, being able to view reports, and being able to change automation rules are a few examples. I'd like to be able to create a custom user type/role that I can assign permissions to these different items.

For example, a technician role shouldn't be able to pull reports or make changes to automation rules. A team lead role should be able to assign multiple tickets at once to technicians and be able to see reports. A manager role can do the same as a team lead, but also be able to make changes to automation rules and categories and delete tickets, but not have access change email settings for the site as a whole.

At the moment, a lot of what our managers and team leads need to do is tied into the administrator role, which at least in my case gives a lot of people access to mess with things they shouldn't be just because we need them to have access to some more basic ticket routing functionality.
