Dashboard - feed of recent tickets and replies including agent name
according to this page
https://www.jitbit.com/helpdesk/dashboard/ the JitBit Team is looking into the feature of showing a feed of recent tickets and replies.
As we are moving from FreskDesk to JitBit at the moment, it would be awesome to have this view again.
