MS Teams Integration enhancement

We set up the MS Teams integration, and it works nicely with one exception.  We currently use JitBit for both IT support and our Maintenance department.

When a new ticket comes in for Maintenance, our IT Teams channel gets a notification of the ticket.  We don't want to see all of those.

It would be a nice enhancement if you could allow us to select either a category for a Channel, or allow us to somehow separate the MS Teams integration by category or email somehow.

I realize that there is only ONE MS Teams integration setup, so as it stands now, selecting one category would mean that any others would not get Teams notifications, however, in our case, IT is the only one who would use this.

One day, a Teams notification for each category may be nice, but being able to filter out one now would be great.

As a workaround you can use Automation Rules to send (or suppress) MS Team notifications based on some condition.

Disable the built-in MS Team integration and use the "Send HTTP Request" automation action to send an http-message to the MS Teams webhook. It should be a POST request and the JSON format can be found here:
