NEED :On an external HTML platform, play with input/select field to open specifics URL
PROBLEM :
On my knowledge and based on my information research on the web, HTML doesn't offer this.
It's required to use Javascript or other and this is blocked or not fully operational and fast to use on several Fast WEB dev platform.
IDEA :
On JITBIT, add a Page URL Redirections List
Link each redirection to a dedicated number
Support the URL Query (via GET) as jitbit.com/helpdesk/?RedirectionTo=123456
An option which could be really beloved by the Admin which play with an External HTML platform linked to Jitbit

Example : jitbit.com/helpdesk/?RedirectionTo=123456 will open the jitbit.com website
