Quick Ticket Button
We often create tickets on behalf of a regular user, with a specific category, specific priority, and prefix subject & details.
It would be good to have an additional button, maybe near the existing [+] to create a new ticket, however this would be a predefined 'quick ticket', with the user, category and prefix predefined. I assume multiples of these could be created with a drop down or similar?
I looked at automation, but this only happens after the ticket is created, but a new 'quick ticket' option would tie in nicely with the automation.
Similar functionality to say Outlook 'Quick Step' ??
