Add Delay Command that Beeps at end of delay

Useful to adjusting (debugging) the duration of Delay commands so macro runs as fast as computer can process the various commands.

Hearing the beep before the screen has "processed" the command executing (such as a mouse click) will alert the user that the Delay has to be increased.
