Add tracking for all ticket assignment/status changes
Would it be possible to add functionality to track each time a ticket assigned technician or status changes?
Currently JitBit appears to only track the current assignee and status, with no idea of who else may have previously been assigned, how long the current technician is assigned or any of the previous ones. It's not possible to perform any analysis of ticket lifetime and our performance if multiple technicians were assigned to the ticket - all we can measure is total performance vs the last assigned technician.
