Thanks for adding basic Snipe-IT integration. Not sure how you'll measure adoption, per the integration admin page statement: This integraiton is very basic, we'll add more functionality if it gets more adoption.I've enabled for our on-prem installs and look forward to further enhancements. A few suggestions for next steps:
- Display link to pick from a list of the ticket submitter's assigned assets in Snipe-IT. Our usernames are the same across JitBit and Snipe-IT.
- Asset description keyword search.
Thanks for adding and hoping to see expansion of this integration.

Snipe IT asset management is far more advanced than Jitbit. It would be extremely helpful to have this lookup implemented.

Point 1 above would be make life much easier. The tricky part is the Snipe-IT API endpoint to do this (/users/:id/assets) requires the Snipe-IT User ID (not username). Perhaps we might have to store the Snipe-IT User ID in a new field against the user in Jitbit? Otherwise we'd need to call the /users endpoint first with the username parameter. Don't know if the two calls would slow things down too much?
Adding to point 2, would be great to search on asset number or serial as well as description. When using the /hardware endpoint, using the search parameter will search for the given value in any Snipe-IT field which would be nice.
