Change ticket body with automation rule

I would like to be able to rewrite a ticket body when a certain type of ticket is sent in. Some automated services send in tickets and the body is not useful for technicians, but could be manually parsed or rewritten to be better.

This would be very helpful for adding a checklist to the ticket.
