Incoming mail settings - Custom Cutting Templates

PROBLEM :
When some repliers uses a other Ticketing tool, their replies pollute our ticktets.

Example :
First sentence with a link to their ticket
Events history of their ticket

It is not always possible to obtains the adaptation of the mail template of these external parties in "their own ticketing tool"

NEED :
Ability to set a Cutting template by Company and/or by user

SUGGESTION :
On the page helpdesk/Admin/Email and Frame "Incoming email settings", 
Add an option "Set a custom Cutting template"
On click on precited option, open a frame with :
Apply this template to [This user | This company | This domain]
Cut [before|after this] [input field]"

I add that the possibility to "Remove from chain to chain (included)" option will be great also
To let the chain required by other ticketing tool and remove some dupplicated unwanted sentences
(for avoid dupplications of reading everytime the same infos)
