Make custom ticket status buttons optional
I have a few custom ticket statuses that are used exclusively with automation rules and I don't want them to have a button. The buttons for these custom statuses, which I don't want anyone using, get in the way of custom status buttons that we should be using.
If buttons for custom statuses cannot be optional, I would at least like to be able to choose the order the buttons show up in at the top of our tickets.
