Software Suggestion:
Ticket Categories:
* Allow for " Use a different "from" address for email-notifications in this category" to be set per-section instead of per-category. (Or have an option to set per-section)
Technician Security:
* When a technician is given permission to a section, it automatically grants permissions to all categories in that section, however if a new category is added, the user with permission to the section does not automatically get permission. Configure sections to automatically assign permission for ALL categories to the technicians that have permission to that section.
