Ticket cusom field improvements
Custom fields on tickets are great, but a few improves would be even better!
- Would be great to be able to have some custom tooltips / hover-over descriptions available on the custom fields, to give the users some idea of what to use the field for.
- If the custom field is a long text field, would be great to give an area to type in like the main ticket description field.
- When using dependent custom fields, would be great to be able to set a default per parent field. Currently can just do one default per field. Eg, when selecting a "Tool Type", the default "Tool" is selected automatically.
