When using the option to 'create a ticket on behalf of another user' you can select in a pulldown menu how the ticket is created.

In this list are several options such as via web, via email etc

Create an option to remove or add options, for example remove via whatsapp or add the option via 'Teams' etc

Some options are not possible (or allowed) in some environments and sometimes there are options which aren't listed.

Would be great to have an option to edit this list.
