Is there a way to build a report to show me the tickets that were moved
from one category to another. Specifically, I have a category called
"Rejected" and once the ticket is "fixed" it moves to "Completed" Can I
track how many tickets were in the "Rejected" category but are no longer
in that category.

it would be nice to see how many times a ticket bounced around different categories before it was closed.
